Plastic injection

In our production plant we have injectors of different sizes and characteristics. We offer injection molding services, according to customer requirements.

INJECTION

Injection molding is one of the processes by which plastic products are made. The molten plastic mass is injected through a nozzle under pressure into a tool where it takes on a given shape, cools and solidifies.

Profile extrusion

We extrude, PVC hoses, PVC pipes, PVC Juvidur pipes, PVC reinforced hoses, EuroFLEX hoses, as well as other products according to customer requirements.

EXTRUSION

Extrusion is a continuous process of processing plastics. The shaped cross-sectional product continuously comes out of the tool and cools down with a water device

Coextrusion

We coextrude, two-color profiles, PVC hoses, PVC reinforced hoses as well as other types of products according to customer requirements and agreement with the customer.

COEKSTRUSION

Coextrusion is a continuous process of processing plastics with two extruders. The shaped cross-sectional product continuously comes out of the tool and cools down with a water device.
